The Importance of a Walk Outside

I was out on my morning walk the other day and I felt called to jump on Instagram stories and just talk about the benefits of getting a walk in as often as possible.

It’s lovely outside and I guess that’s my little tidbit for today. Like get outside get get that “hot girl walk” in. Now obviously I am past the age of the hot “girl” walk, but like I just I feel it. I feel it hard. And I would say, I don’t know, I guess it’s been about 3 weeks now that I’ve been on a morning walk almost every day. I think there are about two days that it didn’t get a walk in. But it has changed my mood it has changed my ability to kind of get through my To Do List, like it’s amazing the benefits of just getting outside and getting some fresh air. Getting a little bit of sun, you know obviously got my hat on, I’ve got my sunglasses, I’ve got SPF like 70 splattered all over me so that’s always on my mind for sure, but you know just getting outside and feeling the breeze and hearing the birds it’s lovely. So take a tiny little break and and do something for yourself today. Just get outside and walk. If it’s raining walk around the hallway. Just just move a little bit and it’ll help.
