Are you looking for a blank calendar or a simple planner to help you achieve your goals? If you’ve spent any time at all on this blog, you’ll know that I’m all about writing things down in order to hit goals. I’ve found a new planner that I’m hoping will help me crush it this year. It’s a super sleek, very simply designed planner. The Erin Condren Hardbound Lifeplanner is a perfect choice for planner junkies like myself or those who are just getting started on paper planning.

The Perfect Blank Calendar Planner
Here are some photos of my new hardbound planner. I want you to see how streamlined it is. The cover feels amazing with a sophisticated satin-finish and gold embossing.
It’s a pared down version of the coil-bound Lifeplanner that you can easily slip into your bag or briefcase. If the coiled LifePlanner seems like a bit much (view that one here) this sleek paper planner might be the option you are looking for.

The Hard Bound Lifeplanner comes in two sides, a 5″X 8″ horizontal layout and 8 X 10″ vertical layout. I went with the smaller size this time because I wanted something that I could slide in my purse. This is a very portable option for planning on-the-go.
Personalize Your Blank Calendar
The personalization options are in gold and rose gold. I chose to print my name in gold on the cover. Although I’m a sucker for anything rose gold, I felt that regular gold went best with this design.
You can also choose between colorful and neutral color schemes on the inside. I opted for the neutral color scheme.
The blank calendar comes in two options inside, both a monthly spread and a weekly spread. Both sizes include a two-page monthly spread before the weeklies begin.
Inside you’ll find updated artwork, moving motivational quotes and a mixture of blank, dot grid and lined pages in the back along with the blank calendar. These allow you to optimize your notetaking with pages of possibility and positivity.
Accessorize Your Planner
Next you can accessorize your planner.
Use stickers and page markers to personalize your planner and also help you organize. You can also get super organized and color code everything!

Whether you are going with the traditional coil bound Lifeplanner, this new hardbound planner, or you’ve got another planner that you love just remember, writing it down is the first step towards action. I firmly believe that if you want to make something happen, you want to get something done, begin by writing it down. It will help you get motivated and manifest the needed action to kick your goal setting self into high gear.
The BEST pens to use with your planner are the Staedtler Triplus Fineliner pens. These come in super bright colors, don’t smear, and don’t bleed through the pages.
